1. How and where do you insert the memory card? open battery cover put the card in designated spot
2. Where is the on/off button? open lcd monitor or hold power button
3. Where is the Record button? right under zoom button
4. Where is the zoom? right above the record button
5. How do you playback video? click mode button and use joystick to switch modes
6. How do you enter the menu items? power on press mode button click my works mode and press ok
7. What are some menu features? delete, slideshow, and lock
